One Montana

One Montana (1MT) has a mission is to sustain a vibrant Montana by connecting rural and urban communities.

Funding helps 1MT to host a collaborative 1-2 day workshop to further discussions discussion about an aggregated platform of tools resources and information for succession planning. The goals of the convening would include: 1) Finding collective agreement on who might host the platform and inform how the platform would be funded and sustained; 2) Define any remaining questions that still need exploration; and 3) Discuss how to incorporate in-person trainings and modules into the platform.
