Agriculture and Land-Based Training Association (ALBA) has a mission to create economic opportunities for limited-resource farmers through land-based training in organic farm management.

Funding purpose: Funding empowers Latino farmers to pursue the dream of farm ownership. On 100 acres of organic farmland, ALBA operates an organic farm business incubator, helping Mexican immigrants and 1st generation Latinos to transition from farmworker to farm owner.
