Oregon Climate and Agriculture Network (OrCAN)
OrCAN’s mission is to empower an inclusive, producer-centered network to improve soil health and advance climate resilience on farms and ranches in Oregon through collaboration, education, and policy advocacy.
Funding purpose: Advance their vision of a future where healthy soils are the foundation of thriving food systems in Oregon–reconnecting healthy ecosystems, economies, and communities. Funds provide general operating support to build an inclusive, collaborative soil health network; catalyze producer-centered, place-based technical assistance; and advance institutional support for soil health in the State of Oregon.
