BIPOC Agroecology Network
The mission of the BIPOC Agroecology Network is to provide a safe, supportive space for BIPOC individuals and groups to–at the necessary pace–build relationships and co-create justice-based, collaborative projects to advance transformative, agroecological food and farm solutions in their communities.
Funding purpose: Support ongoing coordination, facilitation and planning time, engage in a collaborative project evaluation and strategic development process for the network, and create a bridge between funders and grassroots, under-resourced BIPOC groups in agroecology and agricultural justice work. We will also continue facilitating our successful virtual Zoom gatherings that create space for practical skill-building, co-learning, and knowledge sharing among network members, as well as create opportunities for in-person connection.
