CSU Chico Center for Regenerative Agriculture

The Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems (CRARS) aims to investigate, develop, demonstrate, and educate about comprehensive, regenerative practices that both restore and enhance the resiliency of living systems and communities.

Funding supports the transition of farms and ranches to regenerative systems. This year, funds will be used to support expansion of the Technical Service Provider (TSP) Training Program, development of the Soil Carbon Accrual Project, and early planning and development of academic programs in regenerative agriculture.
